Do I have to pay Duties & Taxes?

As of the 1st January we will only be able to deliver our parcels on a DDP (delivery duties paid) basis for orders that meet the following criteria:

  • All orders delivered to Republic of Ireland.
  • All orders delivered to the Netherlands.
  • All countries where the order value is €150 or over.

This means that if you are in any country apart from the Republic of Ireland or Netherlands, and your order is under €150 (before delivery charges), you will be liable for the local taxes and duties as we cannot pay them on your behalf.

We might be a British brand, but we’re big advocates of sharing the sartorial love. So we deliver to over 150 countries worldwide.

What happens if I'm out when my parcel arrives?

There’s nothing to worry about. If you’re not around, the lovely delivery folk will leave a note telling you where to find it.

 

Do your deliveries tend to arrive on time?

We do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.


 

Can I request a gift message?

All our orders (excluding those placed during sale periods) are gift-wrapped in tissue paper regardless of whether they’re a gift (because you deserve special treatment too, no?). If you want a special message popped into the package as well, our lovely customer services team will do everything they can to help.

 

What happens if my order comes in two deliveries?

Sometimes we’ll need to send out items in separate shipments, but you’ll never pay more than one shipping charge.
